El Shovelle on E Bay

Well she is back up on the auction block. It is listed under custom motorcycles. If you guys know anyone lookin for a really rad bike. This one is it, she is a monster. Wicked sick to ride and as one off as it gets. I know cause I biult every piece. So tell all yer buddies, I'd keep her if I could but its time to say goodby.

Busy, Busy

Sorry it's been quite a while since my last post.  Lots going on around the shop.  The Jag and the shovel chopper being the main focus.  We are gearing up to take El Shovelle up to the Donnie Smith Show in Minn this week end.  I'll try to post pics of the show next week.  Hope all is well with everyone out there in the world.  We are also going to give El Shovelle another try on E-Bay.

69 Jag E-Type

We are curently restoring this car for a customer. The chassis was done when the car came in. Since then we have finished the body work and painted the car. We have been busy sorting hardware and sending parts off to plating. The engine and carbs were sent off to Walt at Vintage Jag, and he did a bang up job for us. My buddy "Diamond" Dave did the stunning paint job. I have been working on getting the Trans done, new syncros, gaskets, and what not. We have the gauges back from being rebuilt, and are ready to start putting this beauty back togeather. I will try to post updates on this project as time permits. Anywho here are some progress pics:

Inverted DNA

Just finished modifying a springer front end for a buddy of mine.  We test rode it and it rides great.  He is super stoked on the thing as am I.  Here are a few shots of the build up and the finished product.

The finished product after chrome. Note the small rebound springs just to soften the blow.  This was a very good learning exercise for me.  I love a good geometry test, Not!!  I hated math, now I use it every day.  Who would have thought.

Little H the Fabster

My 10 year old daughter got her first run at the TIG machine and the air sheers.  She welded up a frame for her science fair project.  Might I add she loves bikes.  Here are some shots I grabbed.

Long time no Post

Sorry all.  Been a bit crazy around the shop.  I promise there will be some good stuff coming soon.  Went to Mooses shop and built a tail section for a bike he is choppin, hope that cat is happy with it.  Also building 2 ironhead chops in the shop right now.  My main focus is on a 69 Jaguar E Type at the moment.  I will post some pics of all of the projects soon.  You guys need to post some replies, I need some feed back and interaction.  I feel lonely here.

One Little, Two Little, Three Little Indians???

A day at The Chop Shop with Land Shark, and Steve The Sleeve.  We hung out, ate Shark's road kill chilli, and played Indian motorcycles for two days streight.  We finished off the neck bearing conversions on all of the rigid frames, and stuck Steve's 37 in the jig to check it out.  Steve brought his camera equipment down to document our play date, so here are a few images.  Hold on so you don't get Indian overlaod though.
